Fourth day in a row that I've hit the pool. I'm working on flip turns and I'm kind of able to do them about 50% of the time. I'm not very good at them yet... sometimes I shoot off to the side... sometimes I hit the bottom. So it's taking a lot of energy on every turn.
But one in ten of them feels great. Smooth. Little effort. I can't wait to get to that point.
Did one hour of swimming tonight. Felt good.
Weights with Terp.
The Sudi's double ladder spinning class. Got the heart rate up slowly over time. It hurt. Good workout.
