PMWent out for an easy run on the hills. Unfortunately I tend to treat each hill as an interval and hit it hard. Before I knew it I was 30 minutes into a hard run. So I carried it out to the end. Good workout. Huit 185bpm a number of times and finished at 188bpm. Why the heck did I do that?

WOW! This may be the worst blog I've ever read. Congrats!

Thanks for stopping by Randy! By taking just a few moments to carve your wonderfully-positive comment into the history of the blogosphere you've defined your character for many years to come. Congrats! Maybe I can wash out your negative vibe with some sharing... given the interest in RSS that your blog demonstrates maybe you'll like this post more: http://www.joereger.com/entry.log?eventid=4332 or maybe this post: http://www.joereger.com/entry-eventid2819.log (you posted your comment to a fitness post so maybe you were just bored and unable to find anything about RSS). Or maybe you didn't see any of the fitness charts that are auto-generated as I blog: http://www.joereger.com/graphs-detail.log?megachartid=105

I think he's a little jealous of all your fitness. Must have seen your abs a few months back and was waiting for his moment to strike. You see that pic on his blog site? It's almost a little too stereotypical to be true...fat guy with glasses and messed up hair as computer geek...how long do you think it took his parents to figure out that he was going to be "that guy." It's kinda like naming your daughter Candi...there's just no way she's not going to be a stripper. I feel like I should inject something about RSS before ending my post, but I really have no idea what that is. Random Socket Structure? Risky Setup Semantics? Rolled Sugary Sweets? I personally like Ripping Sex Stories, but I'm not the smrtest guy in the blogosphere.
